Ultion Locks & Keys
Doors ordered with Ultion locks from Buildmydoor are supplied with 3 keys as standard.
If you want to buy additional Ultion keys for your door, you can select this during the ordering process. If you you already have your secure front door with Ultion locking system and need further keys just send us a message via our contact page, and we will send you a quote for additional keys.
We just need the unique 10 digit code on your keys if you are not ordering a new door from Buildmydoor.
Ultion Key Guarantee
Our composite doors come with Ultion locks to keep your home or property secure. Made with multiple locking systems and a molybdenum core, these locks are highly durable and robust.
When using our door designer you can choose what type of locks go onto your new composite door. Browse through the multiple options to find what will be best for your property and personal requirements. The Ultion lock ranges comes in various colours and are tested to ensure they are of the highest standard.
If your door is broken into within five years of installation and entry is achieved by the snapping of a Ultion Lock, a £5000 security guarantee applies for doors with an activated guarantee.
Lubricate Your Locks
To maintain smooth operation of your Ultion Lock, follow the guidance from the product information supplied with your keys. A well installed Ultion lock needs lubricating every 6 months. This helps to maintain smooth key turning and prolongs your lock’s life. Do not use oils or WD40
Warranty & Claims
Buildmydoor are a third party front door supplier, and we do not manufacture the composite doors sold. However, on the rare occasions that there are issues with your composite door order we will work with you and the suppliers to rectify any issues.
Please check the product for transit damage & any other issues as soon as possible after your door is delivered. Any issues must be reported within 72 hours and before fitting. Claims reported after fitting may not be accepted by the manufacturer.
